Natarajasana, the Lord of the Dance pose, builds balance while opening the chest, shoulders and hips. Hold a wall at first, lift the back foot slowly and stay only as long as the breath remains smooth.
Just twenty minutes of yoga each morning builds flexibility, strength and balance, and trains the mind to stay calm. Begin with simple poses like Tadasana and Bhujangasana, and let regularity matter more than intensity.
In the Vedic tradition, mudras guide the flow of prana. Sit with a straight spine, hold Gyan Mudra and follow the natural breath for five to ten minutes. Over time the mind learns to settle and focus by itself.
Gentle forward bends, neck and shoulder stretches and Viparita Karani release the tension that stress leaves in the body. Finish with Anulom Vilom pranayama and Shavasana for deeper sleep, better focus and lasting calm.
